Faraday’s pre-built integration with Listrak as a destination allows us to share your Faraday data with your Listrak account to activate with it.

We can push data such as Faraday Personas and your predictive Outcome, e.g. "High Risk for Churn” scores appended to each of your contacts in Listrak.

Granting access within Listrak

  1. Log into your Listrak account from the Listrak admin page.

  2. Follow the instructions on the Integration Setup documentation to generate a Client ID and Client Secret (Client Secret cannot be retrieved if it is lost, so make sure to save it somewhere before leaving that screen).

  3. For specifying which areas of the API should be made accessible, we'll need Contact and List.

  4. Next, we'll need the List Name. This is probably just "Master List". In the top-bar navigation, go to Manage -> Lists -> List Manager

  5. And copy the plain text name of the List you want updated.

Sending credentials securely to Faraday:

Go to the Faraday app’s Destinations console, click Create destination at the top.

  1. Search for Listrak as a Destination location, enter a descriptive name, and click Next.

  2. Enter your credentials here, and click Next.

  3. Under Finalize, click Create destination. Faraday can now begin the integration process. Once your Account Manager confirms everything is all set up, Listrak will be available as a destination in Reach, the Faraday tool used for delivering audiences to their destinations!

Deliveries to Listrak

  1. Deliveries to Listrak create and update Profile Fields, which you can see on a contact.

  2. In the top-bar navigation, go to Contacts -> Search for a Contact

  3. Search for a contact, and click the email under the search results to view their properties.

4. Faraday is a property category, usually on the second page of results.

  • The Persona value is the persona assignment

  • The churn_reduction_monitor is the Outcome name, and the value (92) is the score percentile of the contact in question

5. To view coverage of Faraday personas, in the top-bar navigation, go to Contacts -> Segments, and click New Segment

6. Create the segment like below. Select Profile Fields as the criterion, then Faraday/personas as the profile field, and Has Any Value as the operator. Click Update segment to see coverage. You can replace Has Any Value with a persona name to see counts for a specific persona.
